Pharos Tech was founded by Anil after 17 years managing endpoints and identity at enterprise scale — including over a decade at one of Canada's largest environmental services companies, supporting tens of thousands of users.
The gap he kept seeing: small businesses run on the same Microsoft 365 platform as the enterprise, but without anyone setting it up properly or supporting it day to day. The result is IT that limps along — until it doesn't.
